1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Mario's Cleaning Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for cleaning services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Mario's Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Kenosha, Racine, and surrounding areas in Wisconsin. Our services may include but are not limited to:

  • Regular home cleaning and maintenance
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Custom cleaning solutions

3. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Booking: Services must be scheduled in advance through phone, email, or our website (when available)
  • Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via phone or email
  • Access: Client must provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times
  • Cancellation: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur fees
  • Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

  • Prices are determined based on property size, service type, and specific requirements
  • Free estimates are provided before service commencement
  • Pricing is subject to change with advance notice
  • Additional services not included in the original estimate will be charged separately

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash or Venmo
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items before service
  • Inform us of any special instructions, allergies, or preferences
  • Notify us of any potential hazards or special conditions
  • Provide adequate parking and access for our team
  • Ensure pets are secured during service times
  • Pay for services according to agreed terms

6. Insurance and Liability

  • Insurance: Mario's Cleaning Services is currently working to obtain general liability insurance coverage. We will update our clients when coverage is in place.
  • Damage Claims: Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • Limitations: Our liability is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or replacement value up to $500, whichever is less
  • Exclusions: We are not liable for damage to items that were already damaged, improperly maintained, or not secured by the client
  • Pre-existing Conditions: Clients should notify us of any pre-existing damage before service begins
  • Client Responsibility: Clients are strongly encouraged to secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before service

7. Quality Assurance

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services:

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours
  • We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge
  • Quality guarantee applies to our regular cleaning services only
  • Some specialty services may have different guarantee terms

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality:

  • All client information and property details are kept confidential
  • Our team members are trained on privacy and security protocols
  • We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements:

  • Regular cleaning agreements may be cancelled with 48-hour notice
  • We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or violation of terms
  • Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already provided
  • One-time services are considered complete upon completion

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties
  • Mediation if direct negotiation is unsuccessful
  • Binding arbitration as a last resort
  • All disputes subject to Wisconsin state law and jurisdiction

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
